This is a diary of our second trip to Europe in the spring of 2016.
We really liked our trip four years ago, so we were determined to go back and spend some more time in a couple of our favourite places (as well as visit a few new ones).
We started in Paris, then rented a car and drove out for an extended visit to Normandy. Next, we flew down to Barcelona and then spent some more time in the Spanish countryside.
This was a 3-week trip. Shorter than the last one, but more quality time in excellent locations.
